he Gioia del Colle DOC “Muro Sant’Angelo” 2020 from Apulian winery Tenute Chiaromonte is an intense red wine with unabashed volume and acidity that well balances the typical sweetness of the Primitivo grape variety. Pleasant finish, sprinkled with notes of chocolate and licorice. The nose shows aromas of plum and small black fruits as well as spices.

It is an ideal wine as an accompaniment to meat dishes such as roasts, aged cheeses and, more generally, to all Mediterranean dishes.
