Spaccasassi wine 2018 – Tenuta Parco dei Monaci reveals an impenetrable ruby red color with garnet “nuances” in the glass. The nose reveals itself as austere and fine with notes that bring to mind ripe cherry and raspberry, which are followed by pleasant notes of medicinal herbs, enhanced by spicy timbres of black pepper, eucalyptus and nuances of white chocolate and vanilla.

Compelling, opulent, harmonious, with velvety tannins and extraordinary harmony. Sensationally persistent finish in which the fruity-spicy registers echo. Aged 18 months in 225 L French barriques.
